You may request a return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact service@velancrest.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Return Authorization Required
Do not return merchandise without contacting us first. Our registered business address is not automatically our return warehouse. Approved requests receive the correct destination and instructions.
Item Condition & Eligibility
